Terms of Service – frozenclub – frozen food at your doorstep

1. Orders received will be delivered on the next working day.Impossibility in case,will be communicated and delivery will be arranged accordingly.

2. Prices are including packaging charges.

3. Delivery is free in Pune and PCMC Area for orders worth Rs 1000/- and above.

4. Prices are inclusive of GST.

5. Any discrepancy regarding delivery of faulty or damaged packages should be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date.

6. Frozen Products to be stored in the deep freezer compartment of the at -18Deg celsius or below.

7. Discrepancy regarding product quality or quantity will be resolved by free replacement of the products of customer's choice for the same value.

8. Payments to be settled before accepting the delivery of the products.
